Insurance

We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Aetna PPO and United Healthcare.  For any other insurance carriers, patients will be provided a receipt/Superbill that they may wish to submit to their insurance carrier for possible reimbursement, based on the out of network benefits that may be provided by their carrier.

We will run a quick benefits check for all new clients; however, we recommend verifying your coverage with your carrier and asking the questions below:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a copay or coinsurance that I will need to pay per session?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

We accept all major credit cards as forms of payment through our client portal.
