    Julie Thomas, LCPC, ABD - Founder of Abound Counseling and Wellness

    Julie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who specializes in working with couples facing relationship challenges and individuals facing life transitions. Julie is skilled in treating anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, grief, wellness concerns, and women’s issues. She uses an active, positive and strengths-based approach to help her clients identify and remove barriers keeping them from living their best lives possible.

    Julie is trained at the highest level in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and is currently completing her PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision. She also provides supervision to other clinicians using an integrative model for supervision.

    Julie’s vision in creating Abound Counseling and Wellness was to provide a safe, trusted environment where clients can work through challenges in relationships and daily life. The practice was designed to be fully tele-health, and this greatly expands access to quality care.
