  • Samantha Danilewitz – Intern Therapist

Samantha considers herself a holistic therapist, meaning she takes a whole person approach. Samantha believes that in order to be truly complete, it’s important to pay attention to the mind, body and spirit. A holistic perspective blends elements of psychology with other philosophies of healing (such as meditation, nutrition, exercise, and other mind/body practices.)

Samantha uses an integrative approach rooted in empathy, collaboration, and evidence-based practices. She believes in tailoring therapy to each individual’s unique needs, drawing from various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based approaches, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and solution-focused therapy techniques. By creating a warm and non-judgmental environment, Samantha encourages open and honest communication to help clients gain self-awareness, identify patterns, and develop healthier coping strategies.

Samantha is a lover of knowledge and strives to continue honing her skills so she can help people manage the stresses of life that come their way. Samantha works under the supervision of Julie Thomas-Lotterman, LCPC.

Samantha offers low cost and pro bono sessions.  Fill out the contact form to inquire about an appointment with Samantha!
